A SUBSTANTIAL drugs haul has been recovered at a Glenrothes property after officers acted on information from the public.
Following the search of a Fordell Road property in the town, a cannabis plantation was found.
Officers seized the cannabis, which is valued in the region of £10,000.
Community Inspector David Moffat, pictured, said: “We are committed to tackling drug dealing and drug production wherever it is reported.
“The 27-year-old man and 32 year-old woman who live at the property have been charged with offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act and have been released on a bail undertaking to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on 19 April.”
