80 year-old Rosyth woman a victim of thieves

Police in Rosyth are on the hunt for the thieves who broke into a home and stole goods from an 80 year-old woman.

Officers have appealed for information following the housebreaking at the residence in The Woodlands.

The break-in is believed to have happened sometime around 5.50pm on Wednesday, 23 November. The thieves broke into the house and stole jewellery and electrical goods.

The victim, a woman in her 80s, was away from home the night of the theft and was left very upset by this crime.

Enquiries are ongoing and police are now appealing to the public to come forward with any information regarding the break-in by calling Fife Police on 0845 600 5702 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where all calls are treated anonymously.
