A minor road accident this morning (Friday) at the entrance to Kirkcaldy affected people’s commute into work.
A collision between a double decker bus and a car happened at the Gallatown roundabout on the outskirts of the town just before 8.00 a.m.
A police spokesman said that Police Scotland had received a call about the accident at 7.54 a.m. that a bus had collided with a car. Nobody was injured in the collision, but it caused a snarl up of traffic at the busy entrance to the town for a short time.
Meanwhile another accident happened on the A909 at the Beverkae roundabout near to the entrance to Mossmorran at around the same time.
Police say they received a call at 8.03 a.m. to say that a single vehicle appeared to have lost control and veered off the road onto the embankment on the turnoff to Dalgety Bay.
Nobody was injured and no other vehicles were involved.
