Around 80 people gathered at Letham Glen in Leven to support charity venture inspired by health and fitness.
Louise Ballantyne from Leven, in the grey top, has been following the well-known national Spartan series of obstacles and challenges, and tackled 30 burpees – full-body training exercises – in 30 days.
She runs the business Life, Health and Fitness, and invited folk to help round off the challenge at Letham Glen – featuring a ‘Mexican Wave’ version of the burpee .
The event raised £300 for the charity Bums Up to Cancer, which was set up by a former colleague and friend, Eileen McGinley.
