A YOUNG man from Methil has become just one of three new apprentices to be taken on by the Royal Air Force.
At the end of a challenging selection process, Anthony Couper from the area was selected along with new colleagues Michael Green from Glenrothes and Matthew Pryce of Dalgety Bay to join the organisation.
Anthony, pictured with Corporal Darryn Watson, will work as an aircraft maintenance mechanic following his training.
Flight Lieutenant Peter Heys, the RAF Office Commander at AFCO Dundee, said: “I congratulate these three young men on their achievement.
“The Royal Air Force needs about 2500 people this year to fill a wide range of jobs.
“The challenging process means we only take the best.”
