Appeal for help tracing missing Kirkcaldy teenager

Police are asking members of the public to help them trace a missing Kirkcaldy teenager.

Amber Drysdale (14), was last seen on Tuesday, May 19 at around 3.00 p.m. in the Links Street area of Kirkcaldy.

She also has strong links to the Levenmouth area.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are appealing for any information regarding her whereabouts.

Amber is described as around 5ft 6” in height with blue eyes and fair hair shaven on one side.

She has a facial piercing and ‘spacer’ in her right ear.

She was last seen wearing a bright yellow Adidas top and New York baseball cap.

Inspector Tom Brown said: “Amber has been missing since Tuesday and we are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“I’d urge anyone who may have seen her since Tuesday afternoon, or has information which can help with our enquiries, to come forward.”
