Appeal for witnesses following two accidents in Fife

Police in Fife are appealing for witnesses after two serious road accidents in the Kingdom over the weekend.

Officers are keen to speak to the driver of a blue Subaru Impreza who may have witnessed a collision on the A92 between the Bankhead and Redhouse Roundabouts at around 4.00 p.m. on Saturday.

The accident involved a motorbike and a car, with the motorcyclist being seriously injured.

In a separate incident, a Ford Ka and a Ford Fiesta collided at around 7.30 p.m. on Sunday on the A909 between Cowdenbeath and Burntisland.

Three people sustained injuries and a 73-year-old woman was transferred to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and remains in hospital in a serious condition.
