Balloons released in tribute to Libbi
Friends of Libbi Toledo have gathered to release balloons in tribute.
The teenager went missing in Kirkcaldy on Monday, September 11.
A body was found ten days later at a former scrap yard in Smeaton, though police have yet to officially confirm the identity.
Friends of seventeen-year-old Libbi released a number of balloons – some of which spelled her name – at the Beveridge Park on Saturday night.
