GUESTS from 100 of Fife’s top businesses attended the launch of Fife Cultural Trust’s new business club, entitled ON Business.

There were three speakers at the event, held at Dunfemline Carnegie Library - Jim Leishman, Fife Provost; Christine May, vice-chairman, Fife Cultural Trust, and John Kilgour, president of Fife Chamber of Commerce and managing director of Fife Group.

Councillor Leishman spoke very warmly of the diverse range of culture on offer across Fife and of his own personal joy in discovering the hidden gems of the Murison Burns collection in Dunfermline Carnegie Library - even treating the guests to a poem of his own!

Bill Mair, funding development officer for Fife Cultural Trust, said: “We are very grateful to our speakers. We couldn’t have asked for better voices to speak for us and what we are doing in Fife.”

Annual memberships for the new club range from £300 to £1200, plus VAT.
