Celebrating success at Fife Business Awards

The winners in each of the categories in this year’s Fife Business Awards were revealed at a ceremony in Glenrothes.

The event, hosted by comedian Fred MacAulay, saw 33 companies shortlisted by the judging panels and was a celebration of Fife’s diverse and successful business community.

The panels were made up from within the Fife business community who then received presentations from each shortlisted business before choosing the winners.

Stephen Doran, Chairman of the Fife Economy Partnership, said: “We were overwhelmed by the response to the awards.

“What this shows is that Fife has much to be proud of, with so many businesses each playing an important role in the local economy.”

The winners were; Excellence in Customer Service - Fife Fabrications Limited, Success through Innovation - Peel Tech Limited, A Workforce for the Future - Fife Fabrications Limited, Best Education & Business Partnership Award - Fife Fabrications Limited, Success through Sustainability - Ivan Wood & Sons Ltd, Most Enterprising Start-up Company - Lobster Pod Ltd, Tourism Award - Morton of Pitmilly, Best Performing Business (Under 50 employees) - Sign Plus Ltd, Best Performing Business (Over 50 employees) - Fife Fabrications Limited, Create In Fife - Miss Pauley’s Ltd, Exporter of the Year - Sephra Europe Ltd and Outstanding Business Achievement - Score Europe.
