KFC at Kirkcaldy’s Fife Central Retail Park has re-opened to the public but with a “limited menu”.
The fast food friend chicken outlet opened up again yesterday after receiving a delivery of chicken.
It had been closed all weekend due to the delivery problems being experienced around the country.
Kirkcaldy is one of 450 to reopen on Tuesday but hundreds of its restaurants remain closed as the delivery chaos continues.
KFC blamed a change of distributor from Bidvest Logistics to DFL for “teething problems” but the GMB union said it had warned the company months ago that it could face supply problems through trying to cut costs.
