The property is listed as including ground and first floors, with 40-space car parking, with two access points and a large garden at the rear.

The auction booklet says that the property is suitable for office and retail use subject to restrictions.

The booklet also explains that the building will be sold subject to certain conditions, preventing the use of it for businesses involving bookmakers or gambling, bars/public houses, and banks/building societies.

The building will include a tenancy from RBS, for the ATM and the associated secure room.
