Buckhaven is set to become a hub for the arts this weekend as the third annual Fall for the Arts exhibition returns to the town.
The third annual event, run by community arts group Buckhaven Beehive, will take place at the group’s premises on College Street on Saturday and Sunday.
Around 30 artists from across Fife will be showcasing their work across the two days, with painters, jewellery makers and textile artists all involved.
A special preview night has been organised for Friday to give those taking part the chance to view the exhibition in its entirety, while Buckhaven High School will also be there to provide some light entertainment.
Blair Denwette from the Beehive said: “We are all really looking forward to it - it’s been a lot of work over the last four or five weeks, but we’re finally getting there.”
Visitors to the exhibition will have the chance to view some of the artists’ best and most-loved pieces, and Blair hopes that a few of the exhibitors will be on hand over the weekend to demonstrate their process and show off their skills.
“I am delighted we have so many local people involved who are beginning to recognise they have a talent that needs to be showed off - I think the Beehive is helping to really show that Levenmouth has something to offer.”
All are welcome to visit the exhibition which is free to enter, and runs from noon to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
