An investigation has been launched after a car smashed into a lamppost in Fife.

Police were called to the scene where a vehicle collided with the pole at the Fife Leisure Park roundabout on Sanderling Way on Saturday night.
An image shows the lamppost was left hanging over the road.
The incident, which involved one car, happened around 6.55pm.

Hide AdA spokeswoman said: “Officers were called to a report of a road crash involving one car on Sanderling Way, Dunfermline.
“Officers attended and traced the driver.”
