Community Inspector for Kirkcaldy Graeme Neill, said: “Our concern for Stuart is growing by the hour and we want to hear from anyone who may have seen him or who has information on his whereabouts.

“From our inquiries we believe Stuart may be in the Kirkcaldy area or may have travelled to the Fife coastline, which he knows very well.

“We believe that Stuart was on his bike, which has quite distinctive markings and I would ask anyone who has seen this bike to come forward immediately.

“Again, if Stuart sees this appeal, I would ask him to contact either police or your family to let us know you are okay.”

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or speak to any officer.
