HERE are more entries keen to be crowned the Face of Fife 2013.
The annual event has expanded this year to cover all five titles in the Fife Free Press Group, meaning even more opportunity for beautiful girls all over the Kingdom to have a chance of landing the title.
Once again the final will take the form of a live fashion show, giving our finalists the opportunity to be a model for the day.
This year’s showcase event will also be held in a new venue, Society in Kirkcaldy, on the afternoon of Sunday, September 8 in front of a live audience.
The finalists will have their make-up and hair professionally done on the day and will then take to the catwalk to model the latest stunning collections from Kirkcaldy shop Secret Wardrobe, which specialises in unique and retro fashion, as well as dazzling jewellery from Eloise.
And we are delighted to announce this week that make-up for the final will be done by salon Radiantly Beautiful, which can be found on Kirkcaldy High Street.
Owners Emma Smart and Frances Beaton opened the salon in August last year and as well as make-up advice, offer services such as massage and tanning, as well as a wide selection of top of the range products.
Emma said: “We are delighted to be involved with Face of Fife and are looking forward to being part of what is sure to be a great day. Our make-up artist Lisa Mullen will make sure all the girls are looking fabulous.”
And as well as enjoying their fantastic day in the spotlight, our models will be in the running to land some amazing prizes.
The lucky winner will scoop £500 courtesy of Society, as well as a professional photo-shoot and portfolio from Ivan Graham at Catch Photography, makeover from the top professionals at Migele Experience, and the choice of two outfits from the final from Secret Wardrobe.
They will also receive a place on a Foundation Course run by the Central Scotland Modelling School. This is a four day course worth £350, consisting of skin care, make-up, posing, model direction, catwalk posing, health and wellbeing.
Also included are two professional photo shoots with professional make-up and hair, and a catwalk show at the end of the week for friends and family.
In addition, all 12 finalists will receive a £50 voucher towards a Foundation Course, valid for a year from the competition.
Remember, entry to the competition is FREE - and is open to any female aged 16 or over on July 26, 2013.
