Dangerous driving charge for Cupar pensioner
A pensioner is to stand trial accused of 'dangerously' driving his car into the side of a house.
James Easton (72) is alleged to have mounted a pavement in Cupar on February 9 this year before ploughing into the side of a bungalow.
The smash is said to have caused damage to the blue Honda Civic he was allegedly driving as well as injuring resident Christene Armit.

Hide AdEaston, who is from Cupar, denied a charge of dangerous driving on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Alastair Carmichael set a trial date in January and ordered Robertson to attend a pre-trial hearing in December.
