The number of people arrested was the same as in the previous week, however the number of fixed penalty notices had dropped from 15.

Across the Kingdom according to the latest figures – which Police Scotland say are indicative and may not include all incidents – 47 people were dispersed after being “informed”, while a further seven moved on after being “instructed” to do so by officers.

That’s compared to 206 and 21 respectively during the previous seven days.
