Dysart man in court for possession of cocaine and stealing powertool

A Dysart man who admitted stealing a powertool and having cocaine in his possession has had his sentence deferred for three months.

Mark Brown, of East Quality Street, appeared before Sheriff James Williamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Brown, 34, admitted on July 31, 2020 at The Co-operative Group, Lauder Road, Kirkcaldy he stole a grinder powertool.

He further admitted on August 1, 2020 at The Co-operative Group, Lauder Road, Kirkcaldy he had cocaine, a class A drug, in his possession.

Sheriff Williamson deferred sentence until October 15.
