Fife man admits throwing stones at windows of Kirkcaldy property

A Cardenden man who admitted throwing stones at windows at a Kirkcaldy property has had his sentence deferred for three months.

Reece Smith, of Carden Castle Park, had his case call before Sheriff Alistair Thornton at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Smith, 25, admitted on May 29 this year at an address in Mid Street, Kirkcaldy he maliciously threw and struck a quantity of windows there with stones, damaging the windows.

Sheriff Thornton deferred sentence for three months until February 25 next year.
