Fife man admitted breaching bail conditions

A Fife man who admitted breaching bail conditions has had his sentence deferred until May.

Tony Laing, of no fixed abode, had his case call recently before Sheriff Alison Michie at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Laing, 28, admitted that having been granted bail on January 21, 2020 subject to the condition not to enter or seek to enter an address in Methilhaven Road, Methil, did so without a reasonable excuse.

Sheriff Michie opted to defer sentence on Laing until May 7.
