A Fife man who admitted stealing alcohol, food and electrical items from stores in Kirkcaldy has had his sentence deferred until June 7.

Blair Brown, of Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, was not in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court when the case called before Sheriff Lindsay Foulis.

Brown, 49, admitted on July 26, 2021 at Morrisons, 439 Esplanade, he stole a quantity of alcohol and food. He further admitted on August 14, 2021 at B&M Bargains, Central Retail Park, Kirkcaldy he stole electrical items. He committed both offences on bail.
