Fife man fined £200 for stealing alcohol from supermarket

A Fife man has been fined £200 for stealing alcohol from a supermarket in Dunfermline.

Graham Gordon appeared before Sheriff James Williamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court recently.

Gordon, 44, of Izatt Avenue, Dunfermline, admitted that earlier this year, on June 29, 2020 at Scotmid, in the town’s East Baldridge Drive, he stole a quantity of alcohol.

Sheriff Williamson decided to deal with the case by way of a financial penalty and sentenced him to pay a fine of £200 for the offence.
