Fife man fined £500 for exposing himself in a public car park

A Fife man who admitted exposing himself in public has been fined £500.

Kevin Kneale, of Kinninmouth Cottages, Kinglassie appeared before Sheriff James Williamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Kneale, 36, admitted on November 10, 2020 at a public car park on the B969 road near to Western Avenue, Glenrothes he committed an offence of public indecency by exposing his private parts.

Sheriff Williamson said after considering the circumstances he believed there was no sexual element to the incident and fined him £500.
