Fife woman ordered to pay compensation after she admitted damaging a mobile phone

A Fife woman who admitted making racially offensive remarks and damaging a mobile phone has been ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

Amanda Stewart or Mika, of Balmaise, Leven appeared before Sheriff Elizabeth McFarlane at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Stewart or Mika, 34, admitted on February 28, 2021 at an address in Leven she repeatedly shouted, swore, acted aggressively, made racially offensive remarks and damaged a phone.

She admitted on the same date, same place she intentionally knocked a mobile phone from a person’s hands causing it to smash.
