Fife woman stabbed door repeatedly with a knife

A Fife woman who admitted having a knife and repeatedly stabbing a front door has had her sentence deferred for three months.

Louise Brown, of High Street, Burntisland appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Brown, 38, admitted on April 7 last year at an address in Dick Crescent, Burntisland she repeatedly shouted, swore, punched and kicked a door and repeatedly stabbed the front door with a kitchen knife.

She further admitted having a knife in a public place without lawful authority.

Her sentence was deferred until May 11.
