Fine for Fife woman unfit to drive through drink or drugs

A Fife woman who admitted being unfit to drive through drink or drugs has been fined £270 and disqualified from driving for three years.

Kayleigh Cunningham, of Station Road, Springfield, was not in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court when her case called recently before Sheriff James Williamson.

Cunningham, 25 admitted on January 25, 2020 on Main Street, Methilhill she was unfit to drive through drink or drugs.

The court heard she had been driving under the influence of valium.

Sheriff Williamson fined her £270 and disqualified her for three years.
