Five arrested, three hurt after disturbance in Fife town

Police have confirmed five arrests following an incident in Glenrothes on Friday.

Four men and a woman are due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday in connection with an alleged disturbance in Ryan Road.

They are aged between 25 and 38.

Officers were called the street in Rimbleton in the afternoon. Two men and a woman were injured.

A spokesman confirmed: “Four men and a woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance.”
