Glenrothes man admits breaching bail conditions

A Glenrothes man who admitted breaching his bail conditions has had his sentence deferred until next month.

Richard Wallace, of Carleton Avenue, appeared before Sheriff Alison McKay at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Wallace, 32, admitted breaching his bail conditions by entering an address in Paterson Park Leslie and approaching a woman without reasonable excuse.

Sheriff McKay told the accused: “You are skating on thin ice. If you breach the terms of your bail order it is an offence.” She deferred sentence until March 18.
