Glenrothes man admits driving on town roads while disqualified

A Glenrothes man who admitted driving on town roads while disqualified has had his sentence deferred until next month.

Marcel Toma, of Forres Drive, Glenrothes appeared before Sheriff Alison McKay at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Toma, 49, admitted on April 2, 2020 on Templehall Road, Glenrothes and elsewhere he drove a motor vehicle while disqualified, contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988.

Sheriff McKay deferred sentence until March 17 for a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and Restriction of Liberty Assessment.
