Glenrothes man breached bail conditions

A Glenrothes man who admitted breaching his bail conditions has had his sentence deferred for three months.

John Lilly, of Clyde Court, appeared before Sheriff Jamie Gilchrist at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Lilly, 39, admitted that having been granted bail on October 19, 2020 on the condition he was in his home address between the hours of 7pm and 7am, was found by police officers on December 23, 2020 not to be in his home, but at an address in Cullen Drive, Glenrothes. Sentence was deferred until June 24.
