Brian McGrory had his case call at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court before Sheriff James Williamson.

McGrory, 51, of Abbotsford Drive, admitted that on March 17, 2020 at his home address, he produced cannabis, a class B drug, contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

The court heard he had been producing the drug to self-medicate after suffering nerve damage and difficulties with arthritis.
