Glenrothes woman charged with murder following death of teen

An 18-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with murder following the death of a pedestrian near Leslie.

Joshua Kerr (18), died following a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Friday morning.

Grace Ross, of Glenrothes, made no plea to the charge of murder when she appeared in private at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday.

She was committed for further examination and released on bail.

Ross will appear in court again at a date that’s still to be confirmed.
