Injured man taken to hospital after road crash in Ballingry, Fife

Police inquiries are ongoing after an injured man was taken to hospital following a road crash in Ballingry, Fife.

Police were called at around 9.15am March 8, after a man was injured in a road crash in Kirkland Avenue in Ballingry.

The injured man was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy by ambulance.

It is unclear what his current condition is.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At about quarter past nine, Police Scotland were called after a man was injured in a road crash in Kirkland Avenue in Ballingry.”

“He has been taken to hospital and inquiries into the incident are continuing.”

A spokesperson from the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 09:43 today to attend an incident in Kirktoun Street, Ballingry.

“One ambulance was dispatched to the scene and the patient was transported to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.”
