Kirkcaldy incident: Man appears in court on assault and robbery charges

A 31-year-old local man has appeared in court facing charges of assault and robbery, fraud and possession of a controlled drug.

David Cuthill, who is from Kirkcaldy, appeared in private on petition at the town’s sheriff court on Monday.

Cuthill made no plea and the case was committed for further examination.

He was remanded in custody and is due to make another appearance in court within the next eight days.
