Kirkcaldy man admitted making threats and acting aggressively

A Kirkcaldy man who admitted making threats, acting aggressively and fighting in a town street is due to be sentenced next month.

James Ross, of Kirk Wynd, appeared before Sheriff James Williamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Ross, 43, admitted on July 26 last year at his home address he behaved in an abusive manner by repeatedly shouting, swearing, uttering threats, conducting himself in an aggressive disorderly manner and fighting with another male.

Sheriff Williamson deferred sentence until March 18 for the preparation of reports. His bail was continued.
