A Kirkcaldy man who admitted struggling with police and making threats of violence towards them has been placed on a Restriction of Liberty order for five months.

Richard McKee, of Smeaton Road, appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

McKee, 35, admitted on March 13, 2021 at an address in Rimbleton Avenue, Glenrothes he resisted or hindered two police constables and struggled with them.

He admitted shouting and swearing, making threats of violence towards police and another man while on bail.

McKee further admitted breaching bail conditions.
