Kirkcaldy man in court over cosmetics theft from Boots

Alexander Cameron’s case was heard by Sheriff Grant McCulloch at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Cameron (56), of Blackcraigs, admitted that on July 3, 2020 at Boots Plc in Central Retail Park, Kirkcaldy he stole a quantity of cosmetic items and he further admitted committing the offence while on bail.

His defence agent said his client had been using diazepam and has had difficulties with drug abuse for a number of years but accepted responsibility for the offence.

Sheriff McCulloch fined him £200.
