Kirkcaldy man pushed pram at his partner on the floor

A Kirkcaldy man who admitted assaulting his partner by pushing a pram into her while she was on the floor has had his sentence deferred until July 8.

David McIntosh, of Buchanan Court, appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

McIntosh, 20, admitted on March 23, 2021 at an address in Lismore Avenue, Kirkcaldy he repeatedly pushed his partner causing her to fall and pushed a pram into her while she was on the floor.

Sentence was deferred for three months for McIntosh to be of good behaviour.
