Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court: Glenrothes man admitted assaulting partner on Boxing Day

A Glenrothes man who admitted assaulting his partner on Boxing Day has had his sentence deferred until next month.

Lewis Kellock, of Julian Court, was not in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court when the case called before Sheriff Timothy Niven-Smith.

Kellock, 34, admitted on December 26, 2021 at an address in St Drostan Road, Glenrothes he assaulted his partner by pushing her on the body causing her to fall to the ground and strike her head on the floor.

Sentence was deferred until June 14 for reports.
