A Leven man has been fined £200 for breaching his bail conditions.

Marc Brannen, of Forth Street, appeared before Sheriff Thornton at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Brannen, 37, admitted that having been granted bail on July 14 this year at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court subject to the condition not to contact Laura Walker, did on September 8, this year, at Fife Council, Mitchell Street, Leven fail without reasonable excuse to comply with said condition in that he did approach and contact her.

Sheriff Thornton fined him £200.
