Man admits damaging vehicle in Kirkcaldy street

A man who admitted throwing an object at a vehicle in a Kirkcaldy street and kicking it is due to be sentenced next month.

David Cuthill, of Lindores Drive, Kirkcaldy appeared via video link from prison at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Cuthill, 31 admitted on August 21, 2020 at Aboyne Gardens, Kirkcaldy he threw an object at a vehicle causing damage.

He also admitted on the same date and in the same place kicking the vehicle causing damage. He committed the offences on bail. Sentence deferred until March 30.
