Man admits stealing toys from Kirkcaldy supermarket

A man who admitted stealing toys from a Kirkcaldy supermarket has had his sentence deferred for three months.

Neil Robertson, of Thornhill Drive, Kirkcaldy appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Robertson, 39, admitted that on December 18, 2020 at Asda Superstore in Carberry Road, Kirkcaldy he stole a quantity of toys. The court heard the total value of the toys was £92.91 and were recovered.

Robertson had his sentence deferred until June 9 to call in court along with other matters.
