Man charged after police find pills and cannabis worth £21,000 in Methil

A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged after police found drugs worth £21k in Methil.

A drugs warrant was executed on Friday in the High Street area of Methil.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We can confirm that a 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences, after a drugs warrant was executed at a property in the High Street area of Methil on Friday, 30 October. A quantity of pills and cannabis was recovered, with a total estimated street value of around £21,000.

“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear in court at a later date.”
