Man fined £500 for behaving in threatening manner at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy

A man who admitted behaving in a threatening manner at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy and acting aggressively towards paramedics and police has been fined £500.

Ryan Mitchell, of Overton Mains, had his case call before Sheriff James Williamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Mitchell, 33, admitted that on August 17, 2019 at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy he behaved in a threatening manner by shouting, swearing and uttering abusive remarks. He further admitted on January 5, 2020 at Overton Mains, Kirkcaldy he shouted, swore and acted aggressively towards paramedics and police.
