A Methil man who shouted, swore and made abusive remarks towards his former partner has had his sentence deferred for three months.

Steven Parker, Wellesley Road, appeared in Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Parker, 32, admitted on August 12, 2021 at an address in Kirkland Gardens, Methil, he behaved in a threatening manner towards his former partner by shouting, swearing and repeatedly uttering offensive and abusive remarks towards her and repeatedly pushing and striking his head on a door, damaging it.

Sheriff Eric Brown deferred sentence until December 21.
