Police arrest man after reports of prowler in Kirkcaldy

The 44-year old has been charged in relation to crimes of dishonesty reported to police in the Hollybrae and Rowanbrae area of the town on Wednesday.

Fife Police confirmed the arrest after investigating a number of incidents in the early hours which were subject of widespread comment on social media.
