Sentence deferred on Kirkcaldy man who admitted assaulting a paramedic

Scott, 31, previously admitted that on January 3 this year at an address in Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy he assaulted, obstructed or hindered a paramedic by seizing him by the body, lifting him from the ground, pushing him and struggling violently with him, contrary to the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005.

Sheriff McKay continued the case for the personal appearance of the accused and deferred sentence until November 26.
