Teens charged with school vandalism

Police have charged two teenagers with vandalism at primary schools.

A 13-year-old boy was charged in connection with vandalism at Pitcoudie Primary School in Glenrothes.

The damage was discovered on Wednesday 2nd November.

A second boy (14) has also been charged in connection with a separate incident at Thornton Primary School where a wooden gazebo and plastic guttering were damaged between November 9 and November 11

Both teenagers will be referred to the Children’s Reporter.
