Paul Gemmell (39), from Burntisland, and Stuart Graham (28), of Lochgelly, appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Thursday where neither man made any plea.
Gemmell was committed for further examination and released on bail, while Graham was committed for further examination but remanded in custody, pending further appearances.
